Support our mission to serve the most vulnerable.

EIN: #32-0315500

At Catholic Charities of North Louisiana, you can invest in our mission through one-time donations, by joining our Matthew 25 program, planned gifts and more. See below for details on ways to support our mission to serve the most vulnerable in our community.

Our mission relies on raising $450,000 in private funding each year. While we are a nonprofit organization overseen by the Bishop of the Diocese of Shreveport, we operate separately from the financial structure of the Diocese. When you make a gift to Catholic Charities, 100% of every dollar you give goes to supporting our mission and the people we serve.

Make a One-Time Gift

Your donation to Catholic Charities of North Louisiana allows us to continue to serve our community’s most vulnerable families. These gifts ensure that families remain housed and with utilities, hopeful citizens have the opportunity to achieve their dream, and families have the support and resources needed for their child’s development.

We are immensely grateful for the generosity of those in our community who invest in Catholic Charities of North Louisiana and the people we serve.

Become a Matthew 25 Partner

When you become a Matthew 25 Partner, you join others committed to the poor and vulnerable in our North Louisiana communities. The difference you help make in the lives of families and individuals who seek our help demonstrates your belief in Jesus’s words that “whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40)

Your choice to make a monthly donation of $25.00 or more helps increase assurance that Catholic Charities of North Louisiana can respond at anytime.

IRA Contributions

A Charitable IRA Rollover, also known as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), allows our supporters aged 70½ or older to designate part or all of their IRA-required minimum distribution — up to $111,000 individually, or $222,000 for married couples filing jointly — each year to the charities or nonprofits of their choice.

Car Donations

Donate your unneeded vehicle to CCNLA to sell and benefit from the proceeds. Sales are handled by CarEasy.org, so donors can save time and effort while supporting our mission.
