• Gabriel’s Closet – Classes: Lead an educational class or activity for parents and caregivers; or become a Summer Buddy that helps with children during the summer
• Gabriel’s Closet – Resource Closet: Sort and organize donated items within the closet and assist clients with shopping
• Office Assistance: Answer phone calls, filing and other office duties
• Translation Services: If bilingual, volunteer to help interpret for a client who is non-English speaking or translate documents in the office.
• Events Assistance: Promoting, planning and execution of events, assist with event set-up and teardown, and other assorted duties for our fundraising events.

All volunteers must complete a volunteer application, and volunteers who have ongoing direct contact with our clients must also submit a background check and complete the “Protecting God’s Children” training through the Diocese of Shreveport.
