Diane Libro, Executive Director

Diane Libro joined CCNLA in April 2024 with a commitment to faith and advocacy for those who are marginalized. She worked for more than a decade at Volunteers of America North Louisiana, in various roles including communications, program operations, and quality assurance. Before joining the nonprofit community, she covered religion and social services for The Shreveport Times. She has a Bachelors degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Masters in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas. She and her family are members of the Cathedral of St. John Berchmans.

Due to the Labor Day holiday, clients requesting emergency assistance will be screened for assistance on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 8:00 on Tuesday, September 8. Those receiving assistance will be required to attend a financial education class at 9:00am.
